Customer Support
As a ServerFly.com Reseller, you are responsible for
providing direct technical support to your clients. We will assume
the role of a second-tier technical support to you only and remain
completely anonymous to your clients. We do not liaise with your
clients.
Private DNS /
Name Servers
We know how important anonymity is to our resellers. So
while other hosting providers charge you a monthly fee of $30 for
having your own private DNS / name servers, we will setup two(2)
private nameservers for you at no extra cost upon request. Simply include this request in
the "Special Request" section during your sign-up.
