When are commissions paid?

Commission payments are made on the 15th of every month. You are paid commissions on any qualified hosting account you or the downline members within your hierarchy (usually 5 levels) directly refer.

A "qualified hosting account" is a referred hosting account that remains hosted by ServerFly for a minimum of thirty-one (31) consecutive calendar days (based on ServerFly's recorded date of payment in full of initial Web hosting fees payable).

If your commission amount is less than $100, you will not receive a commission payment. When your commission amount reaches $100, we will send your commission on the next payment date.

How are commissions paid?

ServerFly distribute commission checks in the form of U.S. dollars by air-mail. Be sure to keep your affiliate account information up-to-date so you can receive your commission payments. We cannot be held responsible if this information is incomplete or incorrect.

To update your affiliate account information, login to your Affiliate Manager and go to the "Account Information" area.

What is the commission for each qualified hosting account referred?

You are awarded a flat-rate of $5.00 for every approved commission.

Do I still get commission if I order another hosting account for myself using my own affiliate code?

Yes, you will get commission if you order using the affiliate code none other than your own. Consider it as a privilege to you as our affiliate.

Should you order using your any of your downline's affiliate code, you are considered "stacking". Again, our system will be able to detect any possible "stacking" transaction and alert us. We will then investigate on each alerted transaction manually. Stacking will result in the termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any and all commissions. Don't even try it!

I just referred a hosting account, why doesn't it reflect in my affiliate statistics?

Only approved commissions are displayed in your Affiliate Manager. ServerFly will only approve a new commission that fulfills the criteria of a "qualified hosting account" and is directly referred by you or the downline members within your hierarchy.
