Does ServerFly offer any help to build my downline?

Yes. For every qualified hosting account you refer to us, we will place the customer as your first-level downline. And whenever your first-level downline refers a qualified hosting account, we'll place the new customer as your second-level downline, and so on. By joining us, you get to enjoy this snowball-ing downline for up to five levels deep! This is how we make sure you get your downline and grow with us!

I have more than one website... Can I join under myself?

No. This is called "stacking" and is not allowed. You may have multiple hosting accounts but only one affiliate account. Our system will be able to detect any possible "stacking" transaction and alert us. We will then investigate on each alerted transaction manually. Stacking will result in the termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any and all commissions. Don't do it!

How do I refer someone as my downline?

You will need an "affiliate code". An affiliate code is a unique hyperlink that directs anyone who clicks on it to ServerFly. Every affiliate has their own unique affiliate code. Therefore, our system is able to efficiently track which referral belongs to which affiliate.

How many people can I enroll on my first level? What about 2nd to 5th levels?

Unlimited. You may enroll as many people as you wish on each level, and earn commissions whenever they refer a qualified hosting account.

What if someone clicks to ServerFly through my affiliate code, but doesn't join right away, then comes back later and joins? Will he/she be my downline?

Yes. With the use of cookies, if someone visits us through you and then comes back anytime within 30 days, he/she will automatically be placed as your downline.

To further protect your marketing efforts, your downline hierarchy is permanent and can never be changed. In no event will we ever reassign someone from your direct downline (through all five levels) to someone else - even if specifically requested! You earned them, you keep them!
